Creative Director
With a Masters in 3D Animation from Bournemouth’s world-renowned National Centre for Computer Animation & a Masters degree in Fine Art from the University for the Creative Arts, Emanuel has a deep understanding of both the artistic and technical expression of animated film.
James Hill
Head of Creative Services
James is responsible for the commercial exploitation of Fudge's IP through business development, sales & distribution, and license & merchandising with a demonstrable track record of growing revenues through the identification of new market opportunities.
Alessandro Zannoni
Art Director
A visionary Creative Art Director with an exceptional eye for storytelling, design, and emotion. Blending artistic innovation with technical mastery, Alessandro leads the team to create visually stunning, character-driven worlds that captivate audiences. With a deep passion for pushing the boundaries of animation, they inspire bold creativity, elevate every project’s visual identity, and ensure that every frame serves the story beautifully.
Dan Weaver
Executive Creative Director
Dan began his career at the BBC as an animation producer on some of CBeebies flagship programmes including shows like Bob The Builder, Postman Pat, Teletubbies and Tweenies. Dan is responsible for creative direction of Fudge's broadcast development and production projects.
Charlotte Hillman
Production Manager
As well as Senior Producer on Fudge's three broadcast commissions (currently in production), Charlotte is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the production of all projects, ensuring all projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
